Using Mecurial responsibly
You must comply with all applicable laws, secure lawful consent from recipients, and avoid abusive or deceptive messaging.
- You are responsible for the content transmitted through Mecurial.
- We may suspend access for spam, security incidents, or policy violations.
- You must maintain safeguards within your own environment to protect credentials.
Service commitments
We provide availability targets, deliverability support, and incident response as outlined in your agreement.
- Enterprise plans include a 99.99% availability target measured monthly.
- Named deliverability strategists partner with your teams on remediation.
- Incident communications, postmortems, and credits follow your service schedule.
Data protection
We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard data processed on your behalf.
- Encryption in transit and at rest, including dedicated hardware security modules.
- Role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege enforcement.
- Data processing addenda and residency options aligned to regulated regions.
Billing and termination
Fees, renewals, and termination rights align with the commercial schedule in your order form.
- Usage beyond committed volumes is invoiced monthly in arrears.
- Either party may terminate for material breach with thirty days’ notice.
- Upon termination, you may export data and request deletion per our privacy commitments.
